A brilliant result tonight for the senior ladies 1st team who collected all three points in their division 2 clash away to St. Brigids tonight in a really tight affair. The ladies trailing by 4 points with a few minutes to go until half time struck two quick goals through Shannon Richardson and Aoife Curran to lead by 2 at the break. After extending the lead to 5 points in second half they were reeled back in by a dogged , strong Bridgets side to leave the game level with 10 minutes to play. Thankfully the girls dug deep to come out of a tough encounter by two points. Thanks to all who travelled as always. Next league game at home to Cuala Wednesday 3rd May
