Our minor hurlers hosted Cuala this afternoon on the all weather pitch... The game started with some scrappy misses from both sides and were testing each other out... Cuala took the ascendancy through a couple of well taken goals, leaving us going in at half time 8pts down..

Our half time talk was about patience and we were only 3 scores down, we kicked off strongly in the second half managing to get level in the first 10mins then the lead was traded between both teams up until the last 10mins of the game... With Cian Carroll pulling of a Spooktacular penalty save and Sean Richardson, John Meaney chipping in with some frighteningly good individual goals. Gave the team to push over the live with a massive points swing of 16points

Each player gave their all in the second half, with O'Dwyers coming out on top 4-12 to 3-7 which now sets up the lads for a shoot out with Erins Isle for the last position to get out of the group
