Our club AGM is coming up shortly and it is being held on the 17th November at 8pm in our Clubhouse. The AGM is an important meeting in the clubs calendar as it allows members to voice their opinion on the running of our club. It is also the period when we vote and elect new members of the Club Executive.
Each member should now have received an email with a nomination paper for each of the roles available on the club Exec and agenda overview.
The agenda for the night is below
- Review the work of the previous year.
- Review financial statements and auditors reports.
- Elect officers and executive committee members.
- Get members views on Club and Association policy.
- Consider Club policy and revise or endorse.
- Make submissions through motions to the County Committee on the framing of policy and dealing with the rules of the Association.
The nominations paper can be returned by email to the Club Secretary or by post to the club on Hamlet Lane, no later than Tuesday the 1st November at 8pm.
Also, there is room on the nominations paper for any recommendations/ motions that any member would like to put to the membership on the night of the AGM.

There are currently open positions on the Exec and as we approach 2023 which will be a significant year in the history on the club it is important that we have all roles filled and continue with a strong Exec to deliver on the expectations of our members and players.
