St. Oliver Plunkett Eoghan Ruadh v O'Dwyers U11 Girls.

Umbrellas and rain coats were the order of the day as summer checked out and a winter's feel crept in.

O'Dwyers reacted brilliantly having seen Plunketts get off to a very strong start in the game.

In typical fashion and a trait that has become synonymous with our U11 girls side, O'Dwyers kicked into gear to go toe to toe with their opponents.

Excellent defending was complimented by some lovely Camogie around the midfield/forwards in both of our games.

The games today saw our players display their ever growing skill set including air & ground strikes, blocking and also carrying the sliothar on the hurl with confidence in every stride.

The players all round enthusiasm and battling qualities means they never know when they are beaten.

Even in the wind and rain we managed to shine today
