Good Morning,

Thank you for booking O’Dwyers GAA Club Camp, below is important information about the running of the camp. Please take the necessary time to review, understand and download the app to ensure the smooth operation of the camp

Time & Durations


Date: Starts Monday 18th July 2022
Camp registration: 9.45am on Monday
Duration: Camp 10.00 am - 1.30pm each day

Please note that Met Éireann have issued a Yellow Alert for high temperatures on Monday & Tuesday.
Suncream and plenty of water are essential for all children attending.


What to Bring:

Please ensure your child brings
*A lunch
*Plenty of water or drinks (especially as the weather is to be extremely hot in the early part of the week)
*Rain gear
*Sun cream is essential (must be applied at home, no camp volunteer can apply it)
*Hurl and Helmet (if you have one, if not we will provide)

Note: Any child who needs to have medication with them at camp parents must notify Club Administrators or Anthony (GPO). Medication will be looked after in the Clubhouse and returned at the end of each camp day


Camp Registration

*Registration starts at 9.45am on Monday at O’Dwyers Main pitch ( opposite Bremore Castle / Clonuske Estate )
*Please ensure the Club has the correct information for your child at registered
*If you are happy for your child to walk home themselves, you must notify the Camp Team of this at registration


ClubZap Group, Attendance

Camp attendance will be coordinated via the Club’s Mobile ClubZap App

We would request that BOTH Parents/Guardians join the “2021 GAA Club Camp” chat group on the ClubZap Mobile App

*Each morning of the camp, please
Remember to Edit RSVP and confirm attendance
*Any child who needs to leave camps early must be signed out by Parent/Guardian.
*If your child cannot attend camp due to illness or holiday etc., please notify Denise on 0861202694
*Children will be pre-assigned into groups for the duration of the camp.

Photos

Photos may be taken at the camp and promotion on the Club’s social media, and fingal independent newspaper.
If you wish your child not to have their photographs taken, please advise admin on registration

Car Parking is available at Bremore Castle ONLY odwyersgaa.com/facilities
Please DO NOT PARK in nearby estates or roadside including Clonuske and Cardy Rock Estates
