Our new Club transition team, had their first kick off meeting with a view to planning the upcoming move to the New Club development.
The scope of the project is as follows and over the coming weeks the team will commence on identifying actions and recommendations for each of the phase.
We are still looking for additional volunteers to help out in particular ladies
The project Summary is as follows
Scoping and planning have been set into 4 key Phases
- Pre – Planning and Transition readiness
- First Day of Operations ( New club Facility ready for use )
- Closure of Bremore club Facilities
- First Day of Play ( New pitch ready for use)
Areas for consideration within this project are as follows;
- What do we need to move
- Transition – How do we move
- When do we need to move
- What is needed for FDOO
- Coordination of both facilities
- What is needed for FDOP
- What do we need to do to close Bremore
- How much will the transition cost & forecasting planning for 3 year set up period
