The games will be small sided, non contact for both Ladies & Men over 35 (or close to 35 )

• 20min Halves ( with plenty of breaks )
• Non Contact
• Condition game
• Lots of Craic

Paperwork & Small print - we will need to put in place a waiver for insurance as this will not be covered under club insurance...

The game will be followed by refreshments at the club...
