As part of our club ethos #oneclubonecommunity, O’Dwyers GAA are delighted to launch a pilot youth employment referral programme. The programme will attempt to provide a link between our Youth club members and prospective employers from our Sponsors and local community.
The programme will operate on a voluntary basis with no commitment from O’Dwyers on the success of sourcing employment. O’Dwyers GAA will act as an intermediary to introduce players and prospective employers. The formal agreement will be made between the Youth member and employer.
The duration of the programme will run during the summer months June – September in line with the school holiday period.
Criteria for participation
1. Parent/Guardian Permission
2. Fully Paid member of O’Dwyers GAA
3. Commitment to the programme and participant in part time employment
