O'Dwyers New Development Bremore Park Update: Apr 2021

Our plans to commence building works have been stalled due to the COVID Restriction extension. However we have made significant progress over the last number of weeks in the following areas

· Commencement notice was issued two weeks ago

· Grant Application for 2021 Sports Capital Grant for additional development funding was finalised and submitted.

Discussion are continuing with the key stakeholders and remain very positive. As soon as COVID restrictions are lifted the Builder will commence the works.

Our aim is to provide the membership with regular detailed monthly updates regarding the Development progress via Club Notes going forward
