Dubs Health Week takes place from March 1st to March 5th. There will be a different speaker each night including Dublin footballer Shane Carthy, joining us for a live webinar on Tuesday 2nd March to discuss his book "DARK BLUE The Despair Behind the Glory – My Journey Back from the Edge", detailing his experiences with mental health issues.
Dr Colman Noctor will speak on Monday March 1st about the challenges lockdown brings to home and work life.
Shane Carthy is up on Tuesday 2nd March
Dr Tom Clinan will speak on Wednesday 3rd March and will share his perspective on inclusivity. Croke Park's Diversity and Inclusion Officer Ger McTavish will join this discussion. Ger delivered Healthy Club training to us in 2019.
Dr Mark Ward and Oliver Keating will speak on Thursday about volunteerism and how to be a effective volunteer.
Chair of Dublin Healthy Club Committee Niall Turner and Niall Ó HAoláin will speak about social rounders and how to establish it in a club.
