The latest ClubZap release (v 2.3.16) is now available for download and includes a whole host of new features coupled with improvements in performance and functionality. Some highlights:

For a group members (Parents/Players)

• Support for multiple kids in the same group with facility to RSVP for each of your children individually
• Manage your group member status (Coach/Parent/Player) so you can respond on your own behalf (coach) and on behalf of your child/children
• Reset your DOB as part of the group chat validation process
• Request to rejoin groups you have left
• Search for groups and message content
  

Group Admin (Coach)

• Manage parent/child status and relationship mapping (multiple parents mapped to 1 child)
• RSVP list is now sorted based on group member type and response time
• Covid tracing form is auto-populated with parent & child information following initial submission
• Attendance list sorted on child name
• Archive chat groups and reactivate archived groups
• Copy, paste & delete messages
• Delivery & read counts on all messages
