U14 Ladies had a key match tonight against a strong Ballyboden side in their Feile campaign.

Over the course of the last few weeks, we have picked up injuries and girls returning also from injury, but each girl has stepped up and continued playing excellent football.

Ballyboden hit hard from start, but with some great defending and goalkeeping the Odwyers ladies held off Ballyboden, but were 6 points down at half time.

Girls came out in second half, focused first on the pitch, with some great fielding, passing and outplayed a frustrated Ballyboden side to come back and win by 4 points in what was a very exciting game to watch and see these girls in action.
