🏐 PTSB Junior F Hurling Championship 🏐

O’Dwyers Adult Hurlers took the long trip out to Cornelscourt to take on the undefeated Geraldine P Morans side in the Hurling Championship Quater-Final on Sunday afternoon. 💚

The match started at a frenetic pace with both sides exchanging points and the lead changing hands on a couple of occasions. 🔥

A goal from Seanan Tapley mid way through the first half helped O’Dwyers to a 2pts half-time lead. 🏐💚

Unfortunately half-time also saw O’Dwyers midfielder Sean Rogers take a trip to the hospital for a few stitches to a hand injury. ❤️‍🩹

Second half saw G.P. Morans get off to a solid start and take control of the game in the third quater. But O’Dwyers came roaring back with some well taken points and 2 crucial goals from both Ciaran (Mossy) Morrisey and Karl Beahan to take back the lead and earn a well deserved place in the Semi-Final. 💚🔥🏐
