Dear Members,

As we move past the midpoint of 2026, we want to share a comprehensive update on our progress, key achievements, and the road ahead as part of our 2026 | A Year of Transformation initiative. We hosted our second All club update in July and have just over 40 members in attendance. We hope this number will increase for future events.

Our ongoing ambition is to embody Division 1 standards in everything we action—instilling pride, belief, and empowering every member on and off the field.

💚Why We’re Sharing This & What to Expect

Following feedback from our AGM regarding communication and visibility across the club:

Key Updates & Open Dialogue: Expect regular, bi-monthly updates to maintain transparency.

Stronger Governance: Clearer collaboration across committees and tracking against our club goals.

💚Mid-Year Scorecard & Strategic Focus Points

We are tracking our transformation across three main pillars:

1. Strong Partnership

Volunteers & Custodians: We operate entirely on volunteer support. The Executive team acts as custodians working for the betterment of the club.

Financial Focus: Managing incoming financial commitments, commercial target updates, and 2027/2028 retention planning.

Partnerships: New supplier partnerships are now established.

2. Brilliant Basics

Governance Improvements: Transparent decision-making processes, implementation, and tracking.

"Walk Not Run": Focusing on core priorities to do things right without overstretching.

3. Drive for Excellence '26

Adult & Juvenile Investment: Targeted support for adult teams alongside expanded focus on youth, Ógs, and Junior coaches.

Coaching & Games (C&G) Restructure: C&G Officer position filled, driving long-term strategic plans and expanded committee leadership.
