Following on from our 2025 Club AGM, there are a number of strategic roles vacant and required, along with sub committees that we need to ensure the success of the club going forward.

Roles to be filled include coaching officer , facilities officer , assistant treasurer and strategic planning officer. We will post individually about what each role entails over the coming days.
A number of subcommittee roles are open which are:
FACILITES:
-maintenance of pitch - Maintenance & Planning 1 hr per week + Monthly coordination meeting
-maintenance of equipment- adhoc 1-2 hours per week
-CE worker coordination -Monthly meeting & Weekly Coordination of activity plan
-Overall maintenance and supervision of the clubhouse and grounds-adhoc 1-2hrs per week
-Planning-Monthly meeting & Weekly Coordination of activity plan
COACHING & GAMES:
Director of hurling- Adhoc 1 - 2 hrs per week .Planning support & Monthly meeting .
Director of football - Adhoc 1 - 2 hrs per week. Planning support & Monthly meeting .
GPO steering committee - Adhoc 1 - 2 hrs per week. Planning support & Monthly meeting .
GAA/LGFA/CAMOGIE SECRETARY ROLES
management of player injury funds - on demand
Management of correspondence into all inboxes - 1hr per week and monthly meeting
Delegate at county board meetings - 2-3 hours every 2-3 months
Dealing with escalations within other club committees - adhoc
Minute executive meetings- 1 hour per week and monthly meeting
SOCIAL COMMITTEE
Support and set up with activities etc - monthly meeting and coordination of activity plan on weekly basis
DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
Planning and delivery of strategic programmes & planning grants , 5 year plan - ahoc
COMMERICAL COMMITTEE
Identify and manage club commercial facility opportunities- adhoc
BAR COMMITTEE
Support & manage Bar activities, staff rota, event coordination - adhoc
FINANCE COMMITTEE
Account oversight + Finance planning + Account receivable
Gen Finance support referee fees + payments. - adhoc
