⭐️WHAT IS MEALS ON WHEELS?⭐️
Balbriggan Meals on Wheels is an essential voluntary service who prepare, cook and deliver meals to those people in the greater Balbriggan area, who, for whatever reason are unable to provide meals for themselves. We currently cater for an average of 100 meals six days a week. As well as delivering meals, we host a Dinner Club 3 days a week at their base in 14
Hampton Street where clients can enjoy a hot meal and socialise in the company of others.
Balbriggan Meals on Wheels requires all the support it can get and depends heavily on fundraising and donations. We appreciate all the help we get from members of the local community. Balbriggan Meals on Wheels appreciates the continued support from O’Dwyers GAA and wish the Club every success in what promises to be a very important year with them moving to their new club house later this year.
This is also a very special year as it marks the 50th Anniversary of Balbriggan Meals on Wheels in our community. Balbriggan Meals on Wheels is delighted to celebrate this milestone of 50 years and looks forward to serving the community for many more years to come.
