**New Development Progress Update**

We would like to share the latest update and plan for the new development opening and transition which was agreed during a planning meeting with the Development Committee and the Build project team late last week.

The current financial position has remained largely unchanged from our last update in

November:

We currently have a shortfall of €259K, to take charge of the new development; this has slightly

increased due to reductions and delays in the forecasted grant awards. We have contingency in

place for this shortfall and we are currently working on additional funding support to close this gap in the coming months

⭐️Timelines⭐️

The strategic decision to move the main entrance has delivered the forecasted additional benefits, we have now secured commitment of additional lands to the top of the development and to the south boundary of the development which will allow us additional scope for phase 2 development opportunities and increased parking facilities.

As a result there is some re-work required to the ground design which we expect to be

complete this week and works will proceed.

We are currently on track to have the club opening in a phased manner at the end of Jan, Bremore park will still remain operational up until the full transition period is complete.

Sports hall available ( this is delayed slightly due to the delay with heating connection

and requirement for the wood to be in environment for circa 2 weeks prior to fitting

Meeting rooms available ( & Partial opening of upstairs of club house )

Training room & Physio facilities

Club social area - pending works and securing bar licence and building sign off architect & fire officer

Club shop fitout complete and stock available

We have a number of additional projects still in progress and/or planning which we will provide further details over the coming weeks as plans are finalised

3. Hurling wall & Juvenile All weather pitch ( In planning & Design feasibility )
