All you have to do is download the Irish life mylife app, track your steps and save them everyday …even if it’s ten minutes a day …every litttle helps …all you have to do is create a free account and then go through the following tabs : Social/Challenges/Leinster GAA/Join and then Type in “Dwyers in the search bar!! See link below to get the app!!!! Make sure you sync your tracking device to the app! This can be a fitbit or Apple Watch for example. Or else you can track directly using the “track” tab.
