Last Saturday saw our minor girls take to the field to play their championship semi final v Clontarf. Playing up the hill in the first half against a strong enough breeze we found ourselves trailing 1-03 to 2-04 at half time. After half time and with a bit between the teeth to not have their season ended, the girls dug extremly deep to turn the game around to win 3-08 to 2-06.

They now face St Annes in the championship final which is fixed for Saturday 7th October at 3pm. Venue to be confirmed in the coming days.

Thank you to all who came out to support the team. It was great to have you there to help push them over the line. Hopefully the same again for the final.
