It has been a while since our last update and progress has been coming along steadily across the board on the development.

•Progress has been delayed due to supply chain delays for the delivery of the front windows and doors. There has also been anti-social damage to the windows already installed. This held up making the site weather tight to commence the internal works.

•A number of discussions are still ongoing with our partners on specific development items which are coming to a positive conclusion and will lead to an unblocking of some external elements of the project; external site fencing, car park and main club entrance.

•Our plan is to open the club in March which nicely coincides with the club's birthday.

The club facilities may open earlier but a decision will be made on the merits and feasibility of a phased opening plan which we will share the decision over the coming months.

•We appreciate the patience and all the work to date from the various club members and committees. There is a real sense of something new beginning across the club. Our club has seen growth of members year on year. We have never been bigger with just under 1,000 members, our teams across Juvenile and Senior sections are thriving.

•Our social sections in the club are going from strength to strength and creating a strong culture within the club and our club fundraising activities are allowing us to set the club up for success into the future with reduced financial overhead.

The upcoming key activities this year for the club ;

•Car Draw kicking off in the coming days - We need the full support of the club to make it a success

• AGM scheduled for Nov/Dec - which is the club members opportunity to put forward motions become part of the committees and ratify new club exec for 2024
